About Me

Hello, My name is Serena, and I am the owner of Creations By Serena. I am located right outside of Columbus Ohio. I currently work part time in child care, and love it. I have my degree in Criminal Justice, and I am working and saving to go and get my Masters in school counseling. I want to work with those individuals who attend High school, and are also in the Justice System to help and make sure they have a future!

I stated Creations By Serena because of my love for crafting and cups. I have done craft shows for many years, and recently decided to launch my website! 

Turn Around Time

Our current turn around time is 1-14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Refunds

We only offer refunds up to 24 hours. After this we can not guarantee any refunds. This is due to your order most likely being stared on already.  

Where I get my designs

I do not take credit for creating any of the designs that are on my cups! I get my designs from other small businesses on etsy!
